- 700 g biscuits
- 300 ml milk
- 200 g butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons rum

For 500 grams of biscuits we need: two large bananas, which we crush in a blender, lemon juice (two tablespoons), 200 grams of sugar, 5 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 300 grams of flour, a sachet of baking powder, salt , optional - cinnamon, 80 grams of coconut.
Mix the banana puree with the lemon juice, add the sugar and oil and mix well. Put the flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon and mix until completely homogenous. At the end, add the finely chopped coconut. We will get a dense dough, which we will take with a spoon.
We shape each biscuit, from a half spoon composition, in the hands greased with a little oil. We put baking paper in the tray and start to lay the biscuits shaped like this. Bake the biscuits for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven at a temperature of about 200 degrees Celsius.
