Prepare aluatul asa:

Whisk the eggs well, add the powdered sugar a little and the vanilla sugar, then gradually add the 8 tablespoons of oil.

Add flour well mixed with baking powder and alternatively, milk.

Separately, put in a bowl to melt 200 g of sugar. When it's ready, return it to the tray.

Peel the apples, place them in the pan, sprinkle a little walnut kernels, then add the dough.

Bake for ~ 45 minutes. (depends on the oven)

After it is done, put 400 ml of water to boil and add 5 tablespoons of sugar; after the syrup boils, add it to the cake with a spoon.

Leave the cake to cool, put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours and then garnish with whipped cream.
